How Reservations and Payments Work:
Deposit: A €500–€300 deposit secures your pick order for a Bullrock puppy.
Total Investment: Due at the time of delivery. The deposit is deducted from the total price.

1st Public Male Pick: €7,000
2nd Public Male Pick: €6,000
2nd Public Female Pick: €6,000
3rd Public Pick: €5,000*

Key points to keep in mind:
What does “pick order,” “1st public pick,” or “2nd pick” mean?
The pick order is the assigned turn you have to choose your puppy. For example, let’s assume we have a litter of 10 puppies: 5 males and 5 females. If you want to be the first person to choose among all the males available for public sale after Bullrock has made its selection, you would have the “1st public male pick.” If you had the “3rd public male pick,” you would have to wait for the other three families or breeders to choose their puppies, and then you would choose from the remaining males.
Bullrock Selection:
All breedings are strategically designed projects intended to produce puppies that are essential to the Bullrock bloodline. For this reason, the public picks always occur after Bullrock has selected its two chosen puppies.

FIRST. – OBJECT OF THE RESERVATION
The RESERVANT hereby reserves a right of selection (pick) from the following litter:

SECOND. – PRICE AND DEPOSIT (EARNEST MONEY)
Final Sale Price: The total price of the puppy is set at _€ (taxes not included).
Reservation Amount (Deposit): The RESERVANT hereby delivers the amount of ____________€ as Penitential Earnest Money (Arras Penitenciales), in accordance with Article 1454 of the Spanish Civil Code.
Effects of the Deposit:
If the RESERVANT withdraws from the purchase, they shall forfeit the amount delivered.
If the PROVIDER withdraws or is unable to deliver the object of the contract due to causes attributable to them, they shall return double the amount received.
THIRD. – SELECTION PROCESS AND DEADLINES
The identification of the specific puppy shall be carried out strictly following the reservation order and when the puppy reaches 3 months of age.
Once the final selection is made, the parties shall proceed to sign the definitive Sales Contract (the template of which is attached as Annex I) to include the animal’s identification data (Microchip).
FOURTH. – BIRTH AND AVAILABILITY CONDITION
In the event that the litter does not reach full term, an insufficient number of puppies of the chosen sex are born, or they do not meet the health standards of Bullrock Kennels:
The PROVIDER shall fully refund the deposit to the RESERVANT.
Alternatively, by mutual agreement, the reservation may be transferred to a subsequent litter, maintaining the order of preference.
FIFTH. – LINK TO THE SALES CONTRACT
The RESERVANT declares to be fully aware of and accept the health conditions, guarantees, and obligations contained in the Model Sales Contract attached to this document as ANNEX I, which shall govern the final delivery of the animal.
SIXTH. – JURISDICTION
For any dispute arising from this contract, the parties submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts of Seville, Spain.
